The Problem
In 2023, rapid rate hikes combined with the nationwide move to remote and hybrid work upended the commercial property market. As a result, there were very few commercial lending transactions, specifically in the Massachusetts markets they operate in. This abrupt and significant decrease in Daly Appraisal Services’ core business caused the firm to begin furloughing staff.
The Solution
Daly Appraisal Services reached out to Appraiser Marketing Group to generate new clients, ideally attorneys and local municipalities. We created a new website and other online profiles designed to attract these clients in each of the Massachusetts markets that Daly Appraisal Services operated in. Specific pages on the company’s new website, and key online profiles, now rank first on Google for searches in Springfield, Worcester and Boston, Massachusetts. The company’s new online presence also ranks for searches in Massachusetts as a whole, since Daly Appraisal Services covers commercial properties anywhere in the state. As a result, the company was able to keep two more of it’s appraisers on staff by generating an average of nearly $12,000 in new gross revenue each month. The vast majority of these clients are attorneys and property owners, but local municipalities have now also found them online.
