    Here’s how it works:

    • Once your websites show up first on Google, and new clients contact you, we start the clock on your free 30 day trial.

    • All of the business we generate for you in those 30 days is completely free.

    • At the end of that month, we total up how much revenue we generated for you. Then you have two options:

    1. You can cancel at no charge

    2. We agree on a flat monthly fee for us to keep sending this business to you

    This pricing structure makes the relationship a win-win. You only pay if you get results, and we’re incentivized to generate as much business for you as possible.

  • No, we work with one residential appraiser and one commercial appraiser in each market, or one appraisal company that offers both residential and commercial appraisals. That keeps the relationship completely fair. We send all of the business in your market to you, and not your competition.

  • You have two options. If your website is flexible enough, we work with that and get it to show up first on Google. If it isn’t, we create a new website for you.

    If you decide to cancel, and we’ve built you a new website, you have two options:

    1. Go back to using your old website

    2. Keep the website we built you for $80/mo

    Building a new website takes 1 - 2 weeks. That time does not count towards your free trial. Your trial begins once the website is generating clients for you.

  • It depends on how many clients are searching for an appraiser in your market. In average sized markets, we have individual residential appraisers making $3 - $5k more every month, and commercial appraisers making $10 - $20k more every month. Companies offering both services can make significantly more, and appraisers in larger markets - or higher demand markets - can also make significantly more.

  • Yes. We work with individual residential appraisers, and companies offering residential appraisals.
